Juniper Networks Responsibilities

  • Review of product issues matching your target network profile.
  • Product issue impact analysis and recommendations.
  • Project Management Input for Juniper service deliverables.

Customer Responsibilities
Unless agreed otherwise, the customer will:

  • Provide all required information about the network profile, including target or current software release, detailed configuration, and Juniper product platforms.
  • Participate in ongoing communications with Juniper Networks’ primary contacts.
  • Designate a technical contact to provide supporting technical information and documents.
  • Identify a project manager who will attend workshops, sign off on completion, and promptly confirm completion of the service.

  • A Product Issue Impact Review report.

Feature Feature Description Benefit
Review of product issues matching customer’s target network profile Juniper consultants will review your network profile, including configuration, feature, and platform information for a given Juniper Networks device. You will also receive information on software defects found in the field that match the target release and your network profile. Allows you to accurately assess both the risk and probability of your network’s exposure to known defects and proactively make recommendation to avoid potential issues or minimize the impact.
Product issue impact analysis and recommendations Juniper consultants will analyze the defects that match your deployed network profile, and provide an assessment and recommendation on the potential network impact. Allows for careful and informed preemptive operation of your network infrastructure.
Project management input for Juniper service deliverables Juniper will assign a Professional Services consultant to serve as a single point of contact and assist with the administration and management of Juniper service deliverables. Helps you better manage risk of new network planning and operational effectiveness.
