Customer Responsibilities
Unless agreed otherwise, the customer will:

At or before the placement of the purchase order, provide all of the relevant information that is required to gain a comprehensive understanding of the network requirements and business goals.
Provide all Juniper Network elements and any other materials, equipment, and software required for network design testing execution as well as the supporting test lab equipment and materials.
Provide, configure, and operate all third-party equipment and software.
Configure any required network or protocol testing equipment and install testing software as required.
Provide a network design test plan and areas of test focus required.
Ensure that the Juniper personnel onsite at any facility are furnished with working conditions that are safe and secure, comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, and allow them to efficiently perform their services.
Designate a technical contact to provide supporting technical information and documents.
Identify a project manager who will attend workshops, sign off on completion, and confirm completion of the service.

Proof-of-concept testing goals and test plan review	Juniper network consultants will meet with you to review your network design test plan and gain an understanding of your business and technical requirements and specific network testing objectives, including pass/fail criteria if necessary. Juniper network consultants will help you verify and validate key elements of a preliminary or conceptual solution.
Lab setup assistance and test execution	Juniper consultants will help you set up and test a suitable lab environment for proof-of-concept testing. They will also execute your test plan, and collect network design testing result during the testing period.	Leverage Juniper expertise, methodologies, and experience to ensure that the lab environment accurately simulates the conceptual solution you wish to test. It also ensures that the testing truly measures the solution desired.
Proof-of-concept testing report	Juniper will assign a Professional Services consultant that serves as a single point of contact to assist with the administration and management of Juniper service deliverables.	You receive a detailed network design test report that provides you with the information necessary to evaluate the design concept, and you can review the network design test results with the Juniper experts responsible for it. This allows you to highlight both the advantages and potential technical issues and limitations at an early stage.
Project Management Input for Juniper Service Deliverables	Juniper will assign a Professional Services consultant to serves as a single point of contact and assist with the administration and management of Juniper service deliverables.	Reduce risk by relying on Juniper management capabilities. The Professional Services consultant will make sure that the Juniper service deliverables are handed off in time and as per agreed expectations.
