Indonesian Education Department (DIKNAS) Accelerates Country's Largest WAN and Significantly Increases ROI with Juniper Networks

SUNNYVALE, Calif., December 11, 2008 -- Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR), the leader in high-performance networking, today announced that the Indonesian Ministry of National Education (DIKNAS) has reduced traffic latency, improved network application response time and eliminated wasted bandwidth on its school network -- Indonesia's largest WAN -- with Juniper Networks application acceleration and routing integrated on a single platform. The Juniper Networks WXC Integrated Services Module (ISM) 200 with the J2300 Services Routers can deliver the fastest throughput currently offered in the application acceleration industry, enabling DIKNAS to boost network performance and value, and increase operational simplicity for 1140 schools and other sites across the country.

The WXC Integrated Services Module is installed like a Physical Interface Module (PIM) in the J-Series router and provides the application acceleration features of WAN acceleration.
