EU Directive 2002/96/EC Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
Juniper provides recycling support for our equipment in order to meet the European Union's WEEE Directive. All of our products introduced after August 13, 2005, are marked or documented with an icon depicting a crossed-out wheeled bin with a bar underneath per the requirement.
For recycling our products as defined by the EU WEEE Directive, please open a Juniper Customer Care case by filling out this form. When filling out the form, please choose 'Not Applicable' as a category, and then choose 'Environmental Compliance' and 'WEEE Submission' from the appropriate dropdown menus. Your recycling request will be handled through our Customer Care group and properly delivered to AER Worldwide. If you prefer, you can call Juniper Customer Care directly at 1-888-314-5822, and staff there will ensure that your recycling request is properly handled.
